Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Prompta 365's features require an active paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current period. Prices may change with notice.

Use Prompta 365 lawfully and responsibly. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or circumvent its security, resell it, or use it where doing so would violate applicable laws, an employer's or institution's rules, or a third party's rights. You are responsible for how you use the answers it provides.

You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service — for example, transmitting an assist request to generate an answer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Prompta 365 available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI answers can be wrong — review them before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, Prompta 365 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Prompta 365 and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law.

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the update.
